Happy Fall!

Hey loves! I know, I know, it’s been a long time.

I’ve been struggling with my work/life/writing balance as of late. Doctoring has been entirely overwhelming (as you might imagine), and not only are my patients trying to catch up on their appointments/screenings, we’re now dealing with another spike in COVID-19 cases.

I’ve got be honest, I think it’s going to be a very rough winter for me. Hell, this whole year has been rough.

Along with a boatload of personal things happening, the struggle has been real on multiple levels, and returning to the world of the Senary has been tough. But I’ve recently hit 90K words on FURIOUS ANGELS, so I’m almost there! I’m finally on vacation next week (for my birthday and Halloween!) so I’m hoping I can wrap up the first draft. Unfortunately, FA won’t be published this year, and for that I’m truly sorry.

At this point, I’m taking things one day at a time, and hopefully you’ll hang in there with me. ❤

I often hit the beach in order to clear my mind and reset myself. Ocean therapy definitely works for me and it’s the best time of year for it here in RI. I snagged this picture a few nights ago and didn’t edit a single thing! It was beautiful. ❤
